By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, booking services, or making any payment, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Retainer & Payment Policy

• A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve any media session, event date, or production time.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full before any work begins.

• No photography, filming, recording, editing, or production of any kind will occur until full payment is received and cleared.

• No media will be delivered, transferred, previewed, or released until the account is paid in full.

2. Weddings & Events

• Wedding and event services require full payment no later than 30 days prior to the event date.

• Failure to remit payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of services without refund.

3. Non-Refundable Retainer

• Retainer fees are earned upon receipt and compensate Philip Schrei Multi-Media for reserving time, blocking availability, and declining other work.

• All retainers and payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• If a session is canceled within 14 days of the scheduled date, the Client remains responsible for the full contract amount.

• At the sole discretion of Philip Schrei Multi-Media, payments may be applied as a credit valid for 30 days toward a future booking.

• Late arrivals exceeding 30 minutes may result in forfeiture of the session or additional fees of $250/hour.

5. Copyright & Usage

• All media remains the exclusive copyrighted property of Philip Schrei Multi-Media.

• Clients receive personal-use rights only, unless commercial usage is explicitly licensed in writing.

• Media may not be altered, filtered, sold, licensed, or used for advertising without written permission.

• Philip Schrei Multi-Media retains the right to use select media for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, competitions, and publication.

• All online usage must credit Philip Schrei Multi-Media or Schrei Media

6. Creative Discretion

• Final deliverables are selected and edited at the sole discretion of Philip Schrei Multi-Media.

• Not all media captured will be delivered.

• Clients may not apply filters or modifications to delivered media.

7. Liability Limitation

Philip Schrei Multi-Media is not liable for missed coverage, loss of media, or performance delays caused by weather, venue restrictions, schedule changes, uncooperative participants, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

In the event of force majeure (including Acts of God, accidents, civil disturbances, or technical failure), liability is limited to a refund of fees paid excluding the retainer, less any incurred expenses.

Client waives any claim for consequential, incidental, or emotional damages.

8. Acceptance of Terms

Use of this website, submission of inquiries, payment of any invoice, or execution of any agreement constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Client Services Agreement – Acknowledgment

By signing, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:

1. The 50% retainer fee is non-refundable and reserves production time.

2. No work of any kind will begin until full payment is received and cleared.

3. Philip Schrei Multi-Media is not obligated to attend, capture, or perform services if payment is incomplete.

4. All media remains the copyrighted property of Philip Schrei Multi-Media.

5. The Client has read, understands, and agrees to all terms listed on the website and within this agreement.

6. This agreement is legally binding and enforceable under applicable law.
